WP1: Project Management
This work package ensures the effective administration and coordination of the project. Activities include regular meetings, progress tracking, financial management, and quality assurance to ensure smooth execution and adherence to timelines.

WP2: Cross-Country Report & Level Map Design
The focus here is on assessing language teachers’ needs regarding Web 2.0 tools. Activities include data collection across partner countries, analysis, and creation of a comprehensive report. A level map based on CEFR standards is developed to align digital resources with language learning levels.

WP3: Development of Web2.0 Training Content and Videos
This work package involves designing and producing engaging Web 2.0 training materials. Activities include creating instructional videos, developing tutorials, and crafting examples to guide teachers in using these tools effectively in their language teaching practices.

WP4: Creation of Digital Language Lab
Activities include designing and developing an online multilingual platform combining an Open Educational Resource (OER) for ready-to-use teaching materials and a MOOC for training teachers. The platform emphasizes usability, offering structured resources aligned with curriculum requirements.

WP5: Dissemination
This work package focuses on promoting the project outcomes. Activities include organizing workshops, creating promotional materials, managing online outreach, and ensuring the results are accessible to a broad audience across partner countries.
