October Monthly Meeting
The October monthly online meeting of the Digital Language Lab (DLL) project was held on 17 October 2025 at 2:30 CET with the participation of all partners. The meeting focused on updates and planning for Work Package 3 (WP3) activities.
Uluslararası Sürekli Eğitim ve Gelişim Derneği (USEGED) provided an update on Activity 1, summarizing the progress and explaining that due to the extension of the content flow submission deadline, the feedback process was also postponed. The new deadline for partner feedback on all content flows was set for 21 October 2025, with finalization by 24 October 2025.
Scuola Superiore Carolina Albasio (CA) presented information on Activity 2, explaining the tasks, responsibilities, and timeline. According to the project plan, CA will handle the video production, while all partners will review the videos by cross-checking them with the content flows. Following feedback, CA will refine and finalize the videos. CA also announced the planning of the IJSE event, scheduled for early March 2026, and will soon circulate a form to coordinate details with all partners.
The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to maintaining close coordination to ensure the timely completion and quality of upcoming deliverables under WP3.
