November Monthly Meeting
An online coordination meeting was held on 12 November 2025 to discuss key preparatory activities for the upcoming March mobility and the Transnational Project Meeting (TPM). During the meeting, Alessandra shared updates on TPM preparations and provided detailed information about the video-shooting process, including a sample video. Partners were informed that BTU would provide feedback on the sample video and logo usage before proceeding. Progress report preparations and dissemination indicators were also discussed, with partners encouraged to increase social media engagement to improve project visibility. In addition, updates were provided on the article writing process, and partners responsible for specific sections were reminded of their contributions. The meeting also included an update on a change in the Spanish partner team and concluded following a planned photo-shooting session.
