January Monthly Meeting
An online coordination meeting was held on 22 January 2026 to review ongoing activities and preparations for the March mobility. Following the opening remarks, Alessandra provided detailed information on feedback procedures and confirmed that all revisions and updates would be completed by 28 February 2026. She also shared further details regarding the organisation and logistics of the March mobility and requested partners to complete a Google Form to support the preparation process. During the meeting, a forthcoming change in coordination was announced, with Guandalina set to assume the role of coordinator. In addition, budget-related matters were addressed, including discussions on specific activity allocations. The meeting concluded after all agenda items were covered, followed by a group photograph.
